Lamar Billboard at Black Hills Energy sports complex.

Spearfish, South Dakota is renegotiating three billboard leases with Lamar.  Two of the billboards site on city land at 120 Industrial Drive and the third is on city land at Black Hills Energy Sports Complex.  The leases were originated 20 years ago and generate $900 in revenue per year.  The city calculates that the leases should be generating at least $2,600/year at current rates.

Naugatuck, Connecticut does not allow digital signs.  At a July meeting the zoning commission discussed whether to permit digital signs in order to bring more business into town.  The city is studying the issue.
