Huntington Outdoor has grown from 300 to 550 faces over the next year.  The company is seeking a GM/Sales manager for its Greenville, OH headquarters to take everything to the next level.  Insider talked with Jena Powell, Huntington’s VP of Sales and Marketing and a newly elected member of the Ohio State House of Representatives about the position.

Jena what position are you looking for and why?

I’m looking to hire a General Manager for the sales side of our company. With fast-paced growth we want someone to take us to the next level.

We are a family owned company that enjoys working hard and having fun together. We are a very flexible company that looks at results, not hours. We innovate everyday and think outside the box. Everything we do is centered around customer service and giving our Midwest communities the best form of advertising possible.

What qualities do you think will make for a successful candidate.

Self-directed, leader, who people want to follow. A person who can see what needs done and works hard to not just get it done, but innovate in the process. Someone who has amazing people skills, holds the company accountable, and has a vision/plan.
