Alabama Acquisitions

Horton Outdoor (Cartersville, GA), a subsidiary of McWhorter Capital Partners, LLC (MCP), announced today that it has acquired assets of G&G Enterprises with locations in southern Alabama
In the acquisition Horton acquired 11 strategic locations with 25 faces. Josh McWhorter, CEO of MCP, said, “This acquisition was more strategic than anything else. There were several outstanding locations along the highway 43 corridor, but it also allowed us to continue to connect the dots in Alabama moving south of Birmingham with one additional location just north. With some of the relationships our people have in that area we felt like it was a nice addition that we could hopefully add some value.”  Horton Outdoor has now grown to over 400 faces or flips across Georgia, Alabama & Florida.
Link Media Holdings, LLC. closed two small deals in Alabama last month that added 12 static faces and most of the real estate under the acquisitions.  CEO Jim McLaughlin says that the tuck-ins are very efficient and involve Montgomery area signs.  Link now has more than 1,300 faces in Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Wisconsin.
