Blue Sky Digital Printing On The Importance Of Marketing

Blue Sky Digital Printing has always been proactive about regularly changing out their ad copy on Billboard Insider.  We decided to talk with Sarah Davis, Blue Sky’s Sales Manager, about how they approach their marketing.

How important is a consistent marketing strategy to Blue Sky Digital Printing Printing?

Being consistent is always very important. It effects how you are viewed by potential and current customers. We want to stay consistent in anything that we do to demonstrate that we will always show up and be readily available for any need.

Insider has noticed that you regularly change your ad copy. What are the advantages of being creative on your ads?

We always like to keep a fresh appearance. People look forward to seeing our new designs and creative concepts. Our customers and potential customers started noticing them and now it has become our outlet to communicate with them in creative ways as well as show potential customers who we are and what we can do for them.

Do you get help from an outside group or are all you marketing ideas created in house?

We are all in house. We have amazing in house graphic designers that are always coming up with creative concepts. This is now something we can offer to our customers who need Graphic Design assistance as well.

Do you have any current marketing programs our readers should now about?

One of our greatest programs that Blue Sky offers is Promo Bucks. This program allows for our Outdoor customers to earn 5% back on everything they print with us to go towards their own promos. This program was initially to inspire and encourage loyalty. Being someone’s print vendor means being their partner. Promo Bucks is just one way for us to partner with our customers. We print them a free promo with their promo bucks and the power of the promo sells that billboard location for them. Once sold, they print the client with us which then gives them return back into their promo bucks and so on.
