Landmark announces third quarter 2016 Financials

Landmark Infrastructure has announced third quarter 2016 financials.  Here are the highlights of the firm’s press release and webcast. Third quarter revenue increased by 59% to 8.8% million due to acquisitions. Third quarter adjusted EBIDTA increased by 63% to $8.3 million. Landmark Issues $49 million in new common stock

Seeking Alpha reports that Landmark Infrastructure, the outdoor lease and easement purchaser, has issued 3 million shares in new common stock.   Insider calculates that the company raised $49 million based on 10/14/16 share price of $16.33.  Landmark is using the cash to pay down revolving debt.  It will ultimately be used to purchase new energy, cellular and outdoor leases and easements. Landmark Outdoor Acquisitions Down

Landmark Infrastructure Partners released financials for the 6 months ended June 2016.  Here are the highlights: Landmark bought no new outdoor advertising easements or leases during the first 6 months of 2016 after buying 211 outdoor advertising leases and easements during 2015. Landmark had a $59 million investment in outdoor assets at June 30, 2016. Landmark’s Pitch

A Landmark rep called Insider last week to see if he had any outdoor leases to sell.  Here’s what Insider learned from the conversation. Landmark wants to see minimum monthly sign rent of $300/month. Landmark is willing to pay up to 10-10.5 times annual rent for leases which have an annual escalator. Landmark Emphasizing Renewable Site purchases.

Landmark CEO Tim Brazy had some interesting things to say in the Landmark’s first quarter earnings release conference call.  You can read the Seeking Alpha transcript of the call here. Landmark Owns 271 Outdoor sites

Landmark Infrastructure announced first quarter 2016 financials.  Landmark acquires real estate which is leased to the wireless, outdoor and renewable power industries. Revenues increased 25% to $7.8 million. EBIDTA totaled $3.9 million. Outdoor accounted for 271 (24%) of the firm’s 1,114 sites at March 31, 2016.
