Meet Me at the Zoo

Rating: 4 (very good)

  • Nice job! It could have been a home run, but it’s still a solid triple. The incorporation of the pole into the design is stellar when done well, and it’s stellar here.
  • Good contrast between the background and the giraffe’s head allow the viewer to instantly recognize the animal.
  • One point off for the text and logo being too small. By turning the head to face right, we gain space on the left for the “Meet Me At The” and still have room on the right for a larger Zoo logo.
  • I doubt the words are around the word “Zoo” would be legible unless the logo spanned the height of the board. This one earns a 4 (very good) instead of a 5 simply because of the text size.
