Railroad Outdoor was formed by Mike Fitzgerald and Kelly Shaw in 2010 to acquire and develop billboards.  The company operates a 120 face billboard plant in North Georgia.  Much of the plant is 6′ by 12′.   The company’s name stems from the fact that it has many railroad leases.
