This is old news for some of you but Insider visited the Independent Outdoor company website this week while updating the 2018 Out of Home Advertising website rankings and this is what he found.   Lamar purchased Independent Outdoor’s plant several months ago.  Lamar keeps a very low profile on acquisitions and usually doesn’t announce them.  You find out they’ve purchased someone when a website gets redirectred.
