Horton Outdoor acquires two more companies.

Horton Outdoor (Cartersville, GA), a subsidiary of McWhorter Capital Partners, LLC (MCP), announced today that it has acquired assets of Post Marketing Group and Postiglione, Zampatti & Tinsley.

In the acquisition Horton acquired 17 strategic locations with 39 faces. Josh McWhorter, CEO of MCP, said, “Bob was initially introduced to me by one of founding partners, Eric Horton. Bob’s outdoor track record is impressive to say the least. One of the things that I enjoy about the outdoor industry is the people, like Bob. Horton has had the pleasure of working with Mr. Tinsley in other deals and enjoyed getting to know Mr. Zampatti. I think we found a win-win for all involved. We couldn’t be happier with the acquisition.”

Mr. Postiglione said, “I’ve enjoyed getting to know the people at Horton. There’s something special going on there. The flexibility Horton offered us in getting this deal done was what set it apart from others.”

Horton Outdoor has now grown to 355 faces or flips across three states within less than two years.
