Pacific Outdoor advertising operates a billboard plant in Oregon.  The company was formed in 2015 via the purchase of a billboard plant from Clear Channel Outdoor.  Pacific has over 1000 displays in the Portland DMA and along the I-5 Corridor down to Albany.  Dan Dhruva is the company’s General Manager.  Steve Richards is a partner in Pacific Outdoor Advertising.  In March 2016 Insider asked Richard, who is also President of Denver’s Mile Hi Outdoor about the Pacific Outdoor transaction.

Steve, can you tell us a little bit about the Pacific Outdoor acqusition?

It came together quickly and we felt that there were strong synergies with Portland and Denver in terms of the market dynamics, population, demos, etc. We are thrilled with the incredible inventory of Bulletins, Posters, Walls, and Digital Billboards with fantastic distribution in the market. We are also lucky to have a very seasoned team in place and are looking forward to operating in the market for the long haul!
