Kessler Outdoor Advertising is a division of Kessler Sign Company , which was founded in 1972. Kessler Outdoor Advertising is owned and operated by Bob, Rodger and David Kessler. Kessler covers 14 counties throughout Ohio including both in-town and interstate billboard locations. In 2012, Kessler expanded into Northwest Florida with their sister company, K2 Media.

Natalie, we talked last in July of 2017. What’s new at Kessler Outdoor?
In Ohio, we have added 2 new digital billboard locations. This brings our total number of digital units in Ohio to 9.
Have you expanded your operations in Northwest Florida?
We are always looking at new opportunities in both Ohio and Northwest Florida. We currently have a few new static locations that we are working on in Ohio – and in Florida we are working on a few new digital locations. In Florida we are in the process of upgrading the digital faces in Destin – which is scheduled to be completed at the end of this week – just in time for the holidays.
Any new growth in your digital plant? We currently have 9 digital units in Ohio and 6 digital units in Florida. We are always looking to add new locations based on the demand for a particular area. In Florida, we are working on a few new digital sites.
You use video on your web site to promote your digital. Has this been an effective sales tool?
Yes, the video is very helpful – particularly for buyers outside of the market. The video gives the buyer an insight into the local market – that numbers on a spreadsheet will not. On the local side, we have found the videos to be helpful as well. While the local customer already knows the area, let’s face it, they aren’t always driving around commenting on billboards like all of us in the business tend to do:)
