A group of Elco High School students were recognized after winning a billboard contest sponsored by The Center for Traffic Safety and State Farm. The competition was open to all Lebanon County students.

The “No Excuses” campaign, sponsored by The Center for Traffic Safety, invited Lebanon County students to create a billboard design to bring awareness to an epidemic of distracted driving accidents.
