Bell and Simon on Signly

Signly is a cloud-based software which helps you prepare, send and store out of home proposals.  Insider talked with New South Outdoor’s Neil Bell and Parker Outdoor’s Kim Simon about how they use Signly in their business.

New South CEO Neil Bell

What do you use Signly for?

Bell: We use Signly for proposals.  We have done about 30 different proposals and it works well and the proposals look professional.

Simon:  We use Signly for billboard marketing proposals for prospective customers.

Was Signly hard to learn?

Bell: Setting it up was pretty easy.  It is very simple to use and took no time at all to explain to our people.

Simon: Uploading information and creating a proposal is pretty intuitive.  Owner Michael Spencer has also provided us with concise tutorial videos when needed.

What are some of the features of the product:

  • We are given choices of how to structure each proposal’s pricing (per billboard, per campaign period).
  • We can upload the customer’s logo for a splashy cover page.
  • We can choose whether to include terms and conditions and signature lines to convert proposals to contracts.
  • We can input the location of a customers stores so they show up against our billboards
  • We can send the proposal as a PDF or an interactive link.
  • All the boards are shown on a map.  All you have to do to add them to a proposal is to click the dot on the map you want, hit add to the proposal and input a price.
