Billboard Insider, LLC was formed by Dave Westburg in July 2015 to provide daily news and analysis on the outdoor advertising business.  Dave Westburg and John Weller are the publishers.

Dave and John operate Billboard Loans, a private finance company which provides provides debt and equity to small outdoor advertising companies.

Dave and John also own Circle City Outdoor, an out of home advertising company with 65 faces in Indiana, Minnesota and Texas.
